On the nose, scents of apple, peach, hazelnut, citrus fruit and summer flowers, with a mineral touch. In the mouth the wine is fresh, full-flavoured, mineral, with a slight almond taste. The wine is quite simple, but pleasant to drink. You can match it with rise with leeks, speck or grilled squids.
